How do I know when a code is added or removed?
Changes to the list are documented in minutes and in the date fields of the code lists (Start Date, Modified Date and Stop Date). Nothing is ever removed - it is marked inactive as of a certain date (Stop Date). See the FAQ "What do the Start, Last Modified, and Stop dates mean?" on the Claim Status FAQ page. |
