What is the maintenance process?
- Each change request follows a four step process:
1. A maintenance request is created.
2. The Remittance Advice Remark Code Committee reviews the submitted requests and notifies the requester of the committee's decision.
3. The Remittance Advice Remark Code Committee prepares an updated list with all maintenance items processed since the last publication date.
4. An updated Remittance Advice Remark Code List is published tri-annually at the end of March, July, and November. |
