Click the “Sign In” option which provides this form:

Fill in your email address and password and click the “Sign In” button. If you have forgotten your password, you can try the “Forgot Your Password?” link. This section of the new WPC site only allows one account per email address. If you have had multiple accounts on the old WPC site with the same email address, we may have selected the wrong one to move to the new database. If that seems to be the case, please use the form here: http://www.wpc-edi.com/help/form and we will assist.

Following a successful login, you should see this screen:

Click the “View All My Downloads” link for access to your downloads. If you have purchased or orded free downloads, you will see a row like this:

Click the “Download Now” link to retrieve your file.
