Each download includes two types of electronic files:
- Comma Separated Values (CSV) file
- X12-formatted transaction set (841)
The CSV file can be opened with a spreadsheet application like Excel while the X12 841 transaction enables you to directly update your system tables without having to manually enter the codes.
