Desktop Claim Codes
In June of 2006, the committee that manages the National Claim Adjustment Reason Code list modified the wording on certain codes adding the phrase: At least one Remark Code must be provided (may be comprised of either the Remittance Advice Remark Code or NCPDP Reject Reason Code). As a result, WPC created Desktop Claim Codes, a new product presenting the entire Claim Adjustment Reason Code (CARC) and Remittance Advice Remark Code (RARC) lists, as well as listings of RARCs that supplement an associated CARC to convey appropriate messages. This association is the result of WPC analysis and is not the position of the managers of the CARC or RARC lists.
This electronic product is Compiled HTML (Windows Help File) with a table of contents and a full-text searchable index.
